This project embodies both technological sophistication and EASE OF USE. The fully integrated home includes Integrated Thermostats, Lighting, Motorized Shades, Access Gates, Security, Surveillance cameras, Water Pump control and a Spectacular Entertainment System. HD SATELLITE VIDEO signals are shared by 12 Plasma and LCD Displays, including a world class Projection System in the HOME CINEMA. Prior to leaving the home, a ONE BUTTON activation sets the system to shut off all subsidiary lighting, fans, pumps, and entertainment systems. The thermostats are also set back to conserve energy. During a SECURITY breach, the lights come on throughout the whole house; exterior lights flash and signals are sent to appropriate monitoring/police services, exterior alarms sound, and the gates open.
